Chris Wingfield

Chris has practised as a solicitor in Cambridge since 1975 when he qualified having trained in Manchester. He specialises in Residential Conveyancing, Wills and Probate. He also advises on and helps with the management of elderly clients' financial affairs and Court of Protection work.
He is Head of our Private Client Department.

Denise Davies

Deni qualified as a solicitor in 1984. She specialises in all kinds of commercial property, with particular experience in buying land sites for major development companies. Prior to moving to East Anglia, she worked in London for a major construction law firm.
Deni became a partner in Matthews Winter & Bullock in July 2007 and is the Head of our Property Department.
