Buying or selling a leasehold property raises a lot of additional legal and practical issues. The lease will set out all of your obligations and responsibilities.

As part of our leasehold conveyancing service we will, for example, investigate and advise you whether:-
• the lease contains all the terms it should contain and none of the terms it should not
• there is adequate buildings insurance for the whole block
• the service charge and ground rent have been paid up to date
• the management company is filing its Annual Returns to Companies House
• the management company has proper and satisfactory accounts
